The project was approached as an architectural design competition and was developed through to the concept design stage. The proposal focuses on maximizing waterfront views, integrating public and private realms, and establishing a strong architectural identity rooted in context and elegance. The project seamlessly integrates coastal views, contemporary architecture, and functional urban living—delivering both luxury and livability.
